The role partners with Strategy, Marketing & Communications to support annual and three-year plans, informs growth opportunities, and develops dashboards for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of analyst or related experience.
• Experience in health, beauty, wellness, or consumer products preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own regular competitive, trend & market intelligence and reporting.
• Deliver weekly and monthly market intelligence & analysis reporting.
• Bring analytical mindset to functional areas and ad-hoc analyses.
• Assess brand health and inform innovation pipeline and category strategy.
• Drive white space analysis and persona analysis using primary/secondary research.
• Extract and synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable recommendations.
• Design and maintain live dashboards in Tableau and other tools.
• Convert data into stories via reports, graphs, and decks for reviews.
• Collaborate with IT on data management and automate reporting processes.
• Create repeatable tools for cross-functional teams.
