Job summary

UCB is seeking a strategic Market Research & Insights Lead in our Atlanta, GA office to shape insight generation and launch readiness for an investigational regenerative cell therapy in drug-resistant mTLE. You will translate clinical and patient evidence into clear, actionable recommendations to strengthen regional and global decisions.

You will work with the Integrated Insights team across Commercial, Medical, Analytics and external partners, applying agile methods and AI tools while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in market research, analytics or business intelligence within pharma.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with ability to integrate structured and unstructured evidence.
• Experience with healthcare data and partnered analytics on integrated insight projects.
• Proven project leadership, vendor management and compliant research execution.
• Strong advisory, influencing, and storytelling skills across geographies and functions.

Responsibilities

• Build an integrated insights plan for mTLE across development, market prep and launch readiness.
• Develop insights into the mTLE care and referral pathway.
• Triangulate primary research with claims, RWE and other data to generate decision-ready recommendations.
• Advise stakeholders and align priorities across functions and geographies.
• Apply agile, test-and-learn approaches and approved AI tools while ensuring governance.
