Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive pharmaceutical sales/commercial leadership experience, including prior field management responsibility.
• Experience launching and/or leading in rare disease, specialty, or biologics markets strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop TBMs to elevate performance.
• Translate national brand strategies into actionable market priorities for TBMs.
• Embed TBM execution into local market plans and resource allocation.
• Identify and address market-level challenges and enable cross-functional solutions.
• Monitor KPIs (call quality, vial attainment, patient starts) and recognize performance.
• Provide feedback to Great Lakes Market Head on TBM performance and trends.
• Foster collaboration across FRMs, NCMs, FCEs, TLLs, MSLs, RADs.
