Job summary

Alpha Analytics Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Market Insight Analyst to manage data, QC, consolidation, visualization, and forecasting within the GBI COE.

You will work with North America teams to handle market share and forecasting data using Tableau and Excel analytics. This role requires high technical skill, business acumen, and the ability to recommend tools and automation to ensure flawless, on-time delivery of key business requests across NA.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in business reporting, forecasting, analytics or finance.
• Experience with large datasets to produce reporting and forecasting.
• Healthcare/medical device experience is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to work independently in a matrix, time-zone aligned environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data management, data consolidation, and data visualization support.
• Deliver commercial analytics, reporting, and forecasting aligned with business requests.
• Work with NA and platform teams to manage market share and forecasting data.
• Proactively recommend tools and techniques to support forecasting and automation.
