Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Business Development Analyst in Chicago to provide research, market information, and support for incentive programs. You will prepare client reports, collaborate with internal and client teams, and analyze data for compliance and site-selection efforts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% domestically. Real estate knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Real Estate license preferred.
• Proficient with standard office software and data analysis tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports to clients related to economic development incentives performance.
• Interface with internal CBRE teams and external client teams across various departments.
• Gather and analyze investment and employment related data to complete compliance obligations.
• Maintain and optimize incentive compliance program for client portfolios.
• Build and maintain cost models that compare taxes and economic incentives.
• Prepare final deliverables and reports for client review.
