Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience (or 7+ years for MBA/MS).
• BS/BA in STEM related field; Advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency across key market access data sources MMIT, IQVIA LAAD/DDD/Xponent, Remittance, Model N, Integrichain 852/867, and Patient HUB.
• Experience coding in Python, R and/or SQL.
• Experience in data visualization and commercial business intelligence tools (Dataiku, Databricks, PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, Oracle BI, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Spotfire or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in data mining, descriptive analytics, statistical methods, modeling, predictive analytics, and opportunity assessment.
• Proven track record managing multiple external vendors and project teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to present analyses to leadership.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate analytics to inform payer and channel strategy across portfolio.
• Lead payer segmentation and policy analytics across Medicare/Medicaid/VA/Exchange.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate findings into recommendations.
• Develop measurement frameworks for pre‑ and post‑performance of payer/GPO initiatives.
• Deliver analytics and insights to inform provider and GPO contracting and portfolio strategy.
• Manage analytics vendor workstreams from scoping to delivery.
