Regeneron in Sleepy Hollow, NY seeks an Associate Manager for Pricing and Contracting Analytics (Ophthalmology) to support contract strategy with robust analytics and dashboards. You will analyze pricing, rebates, and contracting terms for IDNs, GPOs, payers, and institutional customers.

The role requires 4+ years in US pharma/healthcare, strong MS Office and BI skills, and collaboration across Contract Strategy teams. Onsite four days/week in Sleepy Hollow.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Science, Pharmacy or Accounting preferred.
• Solid understanding of the U.S. Healthcare environment.
• 4+ years in US pharma/biotech/healthcare with contracting or pricing experience preferred.
• Experience with contract drafting and pricing terms for various customers.
• Advanced MS Office and data reporting skills.

Mansioni

• Support contract strategy development with extensive analysis of payer/provider contracting scenarios.
• Assist in evaluation of portfolio, risk-based and outcomes/value-based contracting.
• Prepare pricing and contracting scenarios using established models.
• Develop and maintain quarterly and monthly reports, price/sales trackers and compliance dashboards.
• Analyze contract performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Extract data from databases using BI tools to create insights for decision making.
