Regeneron seeks an Associate Director in Market Access Analytics (Neurology) to transform complex data into evidence-based decisions shaping payer and provider strategies.

You will lead data-driven segmentation, policy analytics, and performance measurement across Payer, GPO, Contracting, and Pricing, building cross-functional partnerships and managing vendor workstreams on-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY.

Qualifications

• 10+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience (7+ with MBA/MS).
• BS/BA in STEM with advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in IQVIA, Model N, coding (Python, R, SQL), and visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
