KSA Integration is seeking a Program Manager to support HQMC IL LP Futures (LPOV) Expeditionary Logistics. The role provides end-to-end program oversight, delivering logistics initiatives for Marine Corps future operations and naval capabilities.

Pentagon-based with limited telework options, contingent upon award. The position emphasizes leadership of diverse teams, engagement of senior military officials, and ensuring timely, compliant contract performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex programs in a military logistics context.
• Ability to lead diverse teams in dynamic military environments.
• Strong briefing and communication skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) and coordinate staffing, deliverables, and performance.
• Oversee program management activities per PWS and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Develop weekly/quarterly/annual PM reviews with risks and future plans.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to align objectives.
• Lead meetings, wargames, and discussions on logistics concepts.
• Manage resources, schedules, and budgets for the contract.
