Job summary

KSA Integration, a government contracting firm, seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee the HQMC I&L LP Futures contract. You will manage end-to-end contract activities, coordinate staffing and performance, and report to the COR with strategic insights.

The role requires 8+ years in complex programs, a security clearance, and strong leadership. Pentagon-based with limited telework, offering a robust benefit package and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in managing complex programs (military/logistics).
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with government/DoD contracting and coordination with HQ/USMC.
• Strong briefing and communication skills for senior leaders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) for contract activities.
• Oversee program management per PWS, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
• Develop and present weekly/quarterly/annual program reports to leadership.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, including senior military leaders.
• Lead meetings, wargames, and discussions on logistics concepts and future ops.
• Manage resources, schedules, budgets; ensure security requirements.
