Job summary

AMIT GPS & NAVIGATION LLP in the UAE seeks a Sales Manager to lead and mentor sales teams across Navigation, Diving, LSA/FFA, and Automation. You will develop strategic plans to hit targets, build client relationships, and stay ahead of market trends.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in marine sales, strong leadership, and UAE driving license. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is essential; GCC market experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant sales experience with marine industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in UAE or GCC market is highly desirable.
• Valid license or certification related to the marine industry is required.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Should possess UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales teams across Navigation & Communication, Diving, LSA/FFA, and Automation Departments.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure effective inventory management to meet sales demands and minimize stock storage.
• Provide guidance and support to sales executives, including training, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget management reviews.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
