Job summary

New-Indy Containerboard LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting for a 2000+ employee linerboard manufacturer. You will develop talent pipelines for critical roles across the organization and collaborate with business and HR leaders to drive site-specific recruiting strategies.

You will build proactive sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and manage full recruitment lifecycle for select roles while ensuring an inclusive, high-touch candidate experience and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience finding passive technical talent in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Familiarity with engineering disciplines and industrial IT/OT environments.
• Strong experience managing job postings, candidate screening, and offers in an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive talent for plant ops, engineering, and IT.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and networks to create talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens assessing technical fit, culture, and motivation.
• Partner with HR leaders to understand workforce needs and market constraints.
