Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Manufacturing Engineering to support its Camden, AR team. This role develops, implements and analyzes manufacturing plans, tools, and processes, coordinating with internal and external customers to drive efficiency.

Essential functions include creating process docs, leading improvements, and managing changes through change boards, with a focus on validating new/modified processes and training staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 4 years of related experience; graduate degree with 2 years; in lieu of a degree, 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Work with Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements.
• Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.
• Manage product & process changes through participation in change control boards.
• Support production validation builds on new/modified processes.
• Define and implement production system standards, including staffing models, and provide training to Engineers and Technicians.
• Coordinate release of new products with engineering project teams.
