Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is seeking a Planner for the Butler Works facility in Butler, PA.

You will develop and maintain production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling challenges and support efficient operations. Responsibilities include creating daily production schedules for multiple plants, coordinating material movement, and ensuring schedules align with all requirements while meeting customer delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of automated and manual planning systems.
• Advanced computer and math skills.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily steel production schedules for Butler and Zanesville plants.
• Coordinate interplant and intraplant material movement to meet schedules.
• Monitor actual vs. planned production and shipments.
• Distribute production plans, schedules and material expediting information.
• Assist in determining operating turns, timing for changeovers, outages and delays.
• Apply material to orders while meeting delivery commitments.
