Job summary
Stored Energy Systems is seeking an Operations Planner in Longmont, CO to ensure smooth production flow, accurate scheduling and timely order fulfillment. You will bridge production, materials, scheduling and shipping, identifying bottlenecks and communicating effectively to maintain operational excellence.
The role requires 3+ years in production planning or related fields, strong Excel and ERP experience, and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems used in manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in Excel including lookup functions and PivotTables.
- Strong communication across production, materials, scheduling and shipping.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Production to plan output and review build schedules.
- Run ERP reports to identify shortages and flag actions to procurement.
- Monitor on-time delivery and investigate root causes of delays.
