Stored Energy Systems LLC (SENS) in Longmont, CO, seeks an Operations Planner to ensure smooth production flow and timely order fulfillment. You will bridge production, materials, scheduling, and shipping, identifying bottlenecks and driving operational excellence.

This role focuses on planning output, maintaining schedules, running ERP reports, and collaborating across teams to optimize material availability and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in planning or related field in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills with lookups and PivotTables.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Cross-functional collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan output with Production Team and review build schedules.
• Support scheduling for secondary manufacturing sites.
• Run SyteLine reports to identify shortages and flag procurement.
• Communicate material shortages and expedite with procurement.
• Attend daily Tier 2 production meetings.
• Compile daily/weekly data into a central reporting system.
• Track on-time delivery and investigate delays.
• Review Planning BOMs monthly with forecast updates.
• Generate planning reports for Buyers and Production.
• Assist KPI data collection and presentation.
