Job summary

Brunton is seeking an on-site General Manager to lead production and business operations in Riverton. The role partners with owners to drive sustainable growth, improve productivity, recruit and retain staff, and maximize profits while upholding quality and compliance.

The candidate will oversee departments from production to finance, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets. The company values a team-driven, positive work environment with a long heritage in the industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Science or related field.
• 5 years of cross-functional managerial experience in manufacturing.
• 5 years of experience in small manufacturing operations with lean principles.
• Proven leadership of multiple teams and achievement of goals.
• Understanding of financial budgeting and reporting; ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across departments to optimize the production path from supply chain to shipping.
• Design workflows to maximize efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles in production design and layout.
• Lead continuous improvement culture and drive quality control.
