Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Travel: 0-10%.
• Work schedule: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Mon–Fri.

Aufgaben

• Identify and correct safety issues with production personnel.
• Develop and maintain facility layouts using AutoCAD.
• Justify and procure capital equipment and tooling.
• Coordinate facility and equipment preventive maintenance programs.
• Understand government regulations and ensure compliance.
• Develop capacity and contingency plans for Excellerate.
• Drive efficiency, safety, delivery and quality improvements using 80/20 and MRD.
• Develop and maintain KPIs derived from maintenance software.
• Develop or optimize processes to meet quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
