Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience, including 7+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise manufacturing and operations strategy aligned with business-unit demand.
• Lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) to align demand with labor and supply needs.
• Establish operating system with standardized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, cost, and scalability.
