Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis or manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, inventory, and operational performance.
• Partner with operations leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Develop financial models to support business decisions and capital investments.
• Monitor key performance indicators and communicate trends to leadership.
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Support audits and special financial projects as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.
