Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, analysis, and accounting for the segment. You will partner with operations, production, and leadership to monitor performance and drive improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s in finance or related field, 5+ years in finance within manufacturing, and strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting skills. CPA/MBA preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including statements and analyses.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with department leaders.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, variances and productivity.
• Partner with operations to monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Develop financial models, KPIs, and support strategic decisions.
