Job summary

Greiner Packaging in Pittston, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Plant Controller to oversee the financial health and performance of our U.S. manufacturing operations.

You will lead IFRS and US GAAP reporting, manage monthly closings, and provide strategic financial guidance to plant leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing finance, strong SAP experience and proficiency with Hyperion or similar reporting tools, and CPA or CMA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in IFRS and US GAAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Develop cash forecasts with Treasury and manage liquidity targets.
• Utilize SAP for transactions, reporting, and data analysis.
• Provide financial insights to plant and corporate management; drive cost control and capital decisions.
