Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Plant Controller to provide financial leadership for one of its largest converting plants in the Americas. You will drive monthly close, forecasts, and management reporting to maximize value and shareholder return, while partnering with operations and cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Accounting/Finance, at least 3 years in manufacturing, and a BA or MA with related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to provide accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly close, forecasts, etc.).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to analyze data and optimize business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial function for the site and participate in plant leadership.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and internal controls.
• Manage monthly close, P&L management, forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Provide analytical support for operating decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and present variance analyses and financial results to Senior Management.
