Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Deep working knowledge and skills in cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, business case development, operational analysis, financial analysis, and Oracle Data expertise.
• 8+ years’ work experience and 2+ years’ experience in accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• Oracle knowledge and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office suite.
• Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a rolling P&L forecast with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Play a key role in annual budgeting.
• Manage and improve the rolling forecast.
• Analyze variances and suggest improvements.
• Develop and present KPI reports with the FP&A team.
• Establish performance metrics with operations.
• Analyze data for NPD projects and provide financial input.
• Support cost roll-ups and BOM reconciliation.
• Review monthly reconciliations and intercompany pricing.
