Vigor Marine LLC is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to develop strategies, systems and sustainable improvements for production builds. You will lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, analyze data, and coordinate with multiple departments to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.

The role requires a degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering and 5–10 years of relevant experience, with strength in problem solving, communication and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• 5–10 years in a similar production/industrial setting.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing strategies, systems and processes.

• Support production with detailed designs and build strategies.
