This role focuses on labor utilization and facility layout to boost productivity, reporting to manufacturing leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in IE/ME/Manufacturing, 3+ years in manufacturing, and strong CAD and data analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Lean tools, CAD software, and data analysis tools is required.
