Job summary

Altimate Medical Holdings, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting, treasury, audit and tax, and reporting activities in a hybrid role with some travel.

The successful candidate will have a degree in accounting/finance, 10+ years in accounting and 5+ years in finance leadership within manufacturing; an MBA or CPA is highly desirable. It offers annual bonus and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance; MBA/CPA advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance leadership in manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience including project accounting, revenue recognition, staff management, and multi-state tax.
• Experience coordinating audits; strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close in NetSuite, including entries and reconciliations.
• Consolidate financial statements across multiple units and entities.
• Monitor accounts for anomalies and trends; produce GAAP-compliant reports.
• Serve as strategic partner to CFO; lead accounting, including journal entries for all GL accounts.
• Oversee cash management, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.
• Support budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis; collaborate with departments.
