NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Manufacturing Accounting Manager in Duluth, GA. The role leads month-end close for manufacturing entities and drives process improvements across global finance teams, leveraging Dynamics 365, SAP, and BlackLine.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing accounting and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365, SAP and BlackLine.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for manufacturing entities.
• Manage and reconcile complex inventory and cost accounting processes.
• Implement and improve use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and BlackLine.
• Collaborate with plant controllers and corporate finance for accuracy.
• Analyze variances and recommend improvements to financial processes.
• Support internal and external audits.
