Job summary

Standard Alloys, part of KSB USA, seeks a Controller to lead Finance, Accounting, Controlling and cost accounting for our Port Arthur manufacturing operations.

You will partner with the General Manager and drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, working capital, and internal controls, while preparing for a future ERP transition aligned with KSB's IT strategy.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of finance leadership in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and CPA/CMA preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of finance, accounting, and controlling functions.
• Industrial/manufacturing cost accounting experience is required.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance and Accounting function and build an effective finance team.
• Serve as the primary business partner to the General Manager and management team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, working capital management, and internal controls.
