Job summary

Seco Tools - Niagara Cutter, part of a global precision manufacturing group, seeks a collaborative Controller to lead financial management for the Reynoldsville operation. You will direct accounting, budgeting, and cost-control activities, partnering with production, operations, and supply chain to align financial and manufacturing goals.

You will oversee audits, internal controls, and cash management while driving process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or related operations experience.
• Five or more years in a lead, supervisory, or management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead month-end and year-end closings.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Monitor costs, profitability, and trends; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP/IFRS compliance; coordinate audits.
