Job summary

Seco Tools Reynoldsville is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead financial management for our Reynoldsville operations. You will own accounting, cost control, and reporting, partnering with production, operations, and supply chain to align financial goals with manufacturing objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a leadership position, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or related operations experience.
• Five+ years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, financial analysis tools, and accounting software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, profitability, and trends; identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide management with financial analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and serve as a key contact for auditors.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital optimization, financial risk assessment, and relationships with banks and other stakeholders.
