Seco Tools – Reynoldsville is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead financial management for our Reynoldsville manufacturing operation. You will oversee accounting, cost control, and reporting to align financial goals with production objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts; provide financial analysis for decisions.

We are seeking a collaborative, business-minded Controller to help strengthen financial performance and support sound decision-making across our manufacturing operations.Position OverviewThe Controller leads financial management and reporting for the operation, ensuring accurate results, effective controls, disciplined cost management, and clear financial insight for strategic decisions.
