Job summary

Alliance Resource Group is seeking an experienced Controller in Hawthorne, CA. This role will lead the accounting and financial operations of a $100M manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, and production cost analysis with at least 8 years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a Controller role. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with at least 3 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• Strong manufacturing industry experience in a company of approximately $100M+ in revenue.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, production cost analysis, and inventory accounting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies.
• Analyze production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
