Qualifications

• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports.
• Direct the annual budgeting process and forecasting activities.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Coordinate external audit activities and liaise with auditors.
