Job summary

This full-time, onsite role requires strong experience in manufacturing sourcing, supplier management, and ERP/MRP systems to support high-mix, low-volume production. The ideal candidate has at least two years of manufacturing procurement experience, familiarity with aerospace, automotive, electronics, or metal components, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of procurement or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing suppliers, purchasing activities, or materials flow in a manufacturing operation.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; preferred fields include Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase components for manufacturing, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Manage supplier performance and relationships to support high-mix, low-volume production.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on material forecasts and production capacity commitments.
