Job summary

Neros, a defense technology company building America's drone base, seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Planning & Systems in Torrance, CA. This role leads planning processes, team structure, and ERP/MRP tooling roadmap to scale production and improve forecast accuracy.

You will own demand and material planning, drive S&OP/NSOP cadence, and partner with Production, Finance, Engineering, and Procurement to translate plans into actionable priorities while reducing risk from planning misses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, material planning, demand planning, S&OP, or related roles.
• 2+ years of people management or direct team leadership experience.
• Ownership of demand planning, supply planning, and cadence in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge, including planning parameters and data quality.
• Experience improving forecast accuracy, inventory health, and cross-functional planning.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and leadership.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to translate business requirements into priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-scaling environment with evolving processes and targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Planning & Systems team, including material planning, demand planning, and planning systems.
• Own the demand/supply planning cadence and translate forecasts into executable plans.
• Drive S&OP/S&OE process ownership with cross-functional inputs and action follow-through.
• Improve forecast accuracy, planning discipline, and inventory health through metrics and analysis.
• Define and execute the planning systems/tools roadmap across ERP/MRP and data quality.
• Reduce risk from planning misses, including expedite fees and shortages.
