Job summary

Neros Technologies in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Global Supply Manager to own sourcing strategy and supplier execution for key product families from development through production. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, global supply management, or related role
• Experience supporting NPI programs, prototype builds, production ramps
• Demonstrated ability to select suppliers, run RFx, negotiate terms, manage relationships
• Experience with supplier risk reduction, lead-time reduction, cost-down execution
• Ability to partner with Engineering, Product Development, Planning, Purchasing, Finance, Operations
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy for assigned product families, including NPI program management from concept to high-rate production
• Drive supplier selection for new products and long-term needs, including RFXs and supplier recommendations
• Partner with Engineering and Product Development on part-specific sourcing and development readiness
• Track NP I material dates, supplier lead times, release dependencies, and sourcing risks
• Own cost-down initiatives with Engineering, including cost modeling and contract improvements
• Partner with SQE to assess supplier capability and capacity
• Manage supplier relationships, run QBRs, review scorecards, and escalate commercial risks
• Negotiate MSAs, LTAs, favorable payment terms, and other commercial agreements
• Maintain item master data with preferred suppliers and lead times
