Job summary

Smartstartofmeck is seeking a Manager, Anti-Trafficking Initiatives & Strategy to lead program development, community partnerships, and strategic administration. The role reports to the Director of Anti-Human Trafficking Initiatives and includes close collaboration with executive leadership.

The position focuses 50% on anti-trafficking initiatives and 50% on executive strategy and program operations, requiring strong project management, collaboration, and trauma-informed service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience working with victims or experience in human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the agency mission by providing hope and healing to those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and child maltreatment through a trauma-informed, survivor-centered approach.
• Manage both Anti-Trafficking Initiatives and Executive Strategy & Program Operations to support staff, partnerships, and organizational priorities.
