Job summary

Smartstartofmeck is seeking a Manager, Anti-Trafficking Initiatives & Strategy to lead 50/50 responsibilities between anti-trafficking initiatives and executive program operations, reporting to the Director of Anti-Human Trafficking Initiatives.

The role partners with community stakeholders, funders, and leadership to coordinate services, develop programs, manage grants, and ensure compliant documentation while enhancing organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience.
• Preferences: Experience working with victims or in human services.
• Language: None.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate anti-trafficking initiatives and community partnerships to strengthen services and collaborations.
• Provide executive-level administrative support, project coordination, and cross-departmental communications.
• Maintain confidential client, stakeholder, intern, and program records with accuracy.
• Prepare grant reports and manage funder relationships as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to documentation, quality assurance, and program procedures.
