Job summary

Lindahl Reed Inc. is hiring a Management and Program Analyst to provide management, program, and administrative support for internal due diligence on financial awards, loans, and prizes related to research, technology, and economic security.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of professional experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and demonstrated ability to prepare accurate reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, science, or a related field; Master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
• At least 10 years of professional experience; advanced degrees may substitute for experience.
• Experience supporting contracting/hiring actions, including documentation routing and tracking.
• Experience with IT system development or enhancements and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience developing SOPs, templates, and operational materials with SMEs.
• Strong ability to prepare reports and dashboards, manage records, and support data calls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress reports and dashboards to inform program activities and risk review.
• Manage designated email boxes and internal IT portals; respond to staff inquiries.
• Support contracting and hiring actions; track status and provide visibility.
• Coordinate IT system development with development teams; update SOPs and process docs.
