Job summary

Lindahl Reed, Inc. is seeking a Management and Program Analyst to support internal due diligence for financial assistance awards, loans, and prizes related to research and economic security.

The role emphasizes data management, reporting, and risk-review processes with strong Excel and PowerPoint usage. Responsibilities include preparing dashboards, managing communications, routing contracting actions, and assisting IT system development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, science, or a related field; Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• 10 years of professional experience; Master’s may substitute for 2 years.
• Experience supporting contracting and hiring actions, including documentation routing and tracking status.
• Experience supporting IT system development or enhancements with stakeholders to define, document, and refine requirements.
• Experience developing or updating SOPs, templates, process documentation, in coordination with SMEs.
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and dashboards, respond to data calls, maintain records, and organize information for management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress reports and dashboards, support data calls, and run reports informing program activities and risk reviews.
• Manage designated email boxes/IT portals, respond to inquiries, support intake, compliance checks, and tracking.
• Prepare documents and routing for contracting and hiring actions; track status and dependencies.
• Coordinate IT system development with development teams; assist SMEs with SOPs and process docs; support training.
