For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director, Program Management (Hybrid) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This senior leadership role will oversee complex program execution across technical, operational, and financial workstreams in support of major government-facing initiatives. The position will be responsible for aligning diverse teams, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving the transition from legacy environments to a more integrated operating model. The ideal candidate will bring deep program leadership experience, strong governance discipline, and the ability to deliver measurable performance across multiple task orders.

Location: Columbia, MD - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $220,800 – $331,200 annually
