Responsibilities

• Plan and conducts comprehensive studies based on identified or suspected problem areas; provide guidance to management in management-services areas, emphasizing organizational efficiency and productivity.
• Apply analytical steps from planning through fact-finding to reporting results, including problem solving, data collection, and planning and evaluating.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of programs or operations in meeting goals and objectives.
• Develop routine policies, guidelines, instructions, and procedures for administrative and management requirements.
