Qualifications

• Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth studies, reviews, evaluations, and assessments of issues and proposals assigned, determines the functionality of unique organizational structures, and provides coordination among key participants for long-range planning and development of organizational strategies to meet objectives and the mission.
• Study work methods, administrative guidelines, procedures, utilization of human resources, work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information, and documentation systems. Establish and maintain contacts with other Government agencies and private organizations to exchange information on management planning objectives and control systems or processes.
• Provide expert advice on the administrative and management implications of policy and program proposals. Prepare status reports, management summaries, and briefing papers that identify problems, assess the overall condition of work and outline issues, solutions, and recommendations.
