Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of DTS, DISS, PACS, ERP, and SharePoint.
• Strong ability to communicate and present to diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor division metric data and prepare reports.
• Prepare, review, and verify documents; maintain office records.
• Provide cross-functional support across logistics, finance, security, and personnel.
• Lead meeting preparations and ensure proper records management.
• Process memos, travel orders, clearance requests, and conference packages.
• Deliver clear oral presentations when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
