Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years of similar work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with systems like DTS, DISS, PACS, ERP, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor division metric data and maintain office records.
• Prepare, review, and verify documents; manage calendars and deadlines.
• Provide cross-functional support in logistics, financial processing, security clearances, and personnel management.
• Lead meeting preparations, records management, and reporting for division-level communications.
• Process memos, travel orders, procurement quotes, clearance requests, building access, and conference packages.
• May deliver clear oral presentations; perform other duties as assigned.
