Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience performing complex financial, statistical and program analyses.
• Proficiency with Excel and data management software.
• Knowledge of nonprofit budgeting and financing laws/regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze records and documents for the assigned program.
• Prepare worksheets and records to administer the program.
• Develop and update administrative and project tracking systems.
• Advise management and staff on project progress.
• Coordinate systems needs with IS to improve information flow.
• Interpret and explain program/funding provisions and regulations.
• Prepare regular and special reports for management and committees.
• Research and recommend policies and procedures; assist in training.
