Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of full-time professional experience in budgetary and grants analysis and control or equivalent.
• Two years as a Management Aide with the City of Los Angeles.
• Master's degree can substitute for balance of required experience.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, assemble, analyze, and interpret data to prepare reports with recommendations for management.
• Prepare correspondence and reports on administrative, fiscal, grants, budgetary, personnel, legislative, and managerial issues.
• May supervise or lead staff in a central agency, operating department, or bureau administration.
