Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of analytical work in public administration.
• Proven ability to analyze data and prepare reports for management.
• Experience with government budgeting, policy and procedure development.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget preparation and strategic planning.
• Monitor permits, codes and project compliance; maintain workflow.
• Develop SOPs and policy documents; implement process improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive quantitative and qualitative reports for leadership.
