Job summary

The City of Peoria, Arizona, seeks a Management Analyst in the Development and Engineering Department to perform professional, analytical, and administrative duties supporting utility licenses, franchise agreements, and related contracts.

The role involves maintaining agreement records, tracking terms and milestones, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and conducting research and reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related experience with knowledge of specialized practices, equipment and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access and/or Permitting Software depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Support utility license and/or franchise agreements, intergovernmental agreements and other contracts.
• Maintain agreement records, track terms, obligations and key dates.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
• Prepare reports and perform project and policy analysis.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to team members.
